STEAL LIKE AN ARTIST

INTRODUCTION:

Introduction to the book, "STEAL LIKE AN ARTIST" it is a book written by  AUSTIN KLEON . This book was published in 28th February 2012. THE book gives us an idea about the steps to unlock our maximum creativity. The author of the book talks about the creativity enhancing ideas, his way of expressing this thoughts are a lot different then other writer . According to Austin stealing ideas isn't a bad option , he himself follows some rules of stealing his ideas from other great artist . even Chris Anderson the curator of the TED conference was impressed by the book and even said it as "BEAUTIFUL". Austin Kleon set the perfect content for the book to keep it short and simple he even used visual aids inside the book to seek the readers attention. He mainly focuses on a 10 step guide to unlock our optimum creativity, in the front cover he wrote " 10 things nobody told you about being creative".

THINGS I PARTICULARLY LIKED ABOUT THIS BOOK :

This is a great book, the ideas it shares and the motive behind each line and topic is spectacular. Its is shortly and sharply written which is helpful for the people who don't like to read heavy and longer books.  it's content or you can say points are every easy to understand no use of difficult languages. the points are short , each point is covered within 10-20 pages , where there are many use of images which turns the book into a more fun way of reading , it's uses of doodles , cartoons, and other pictures are perfectly used. 

The main point this focuses is on being creative , it also focuses on the help of stealing new ideas in a good way. This book teaches the difference between a good thief and a bad thief. 

The book also got some ordinary ideas which are indeed very useful to us . some this points are mentioned below:

• SIDE PROJECTS AND HOBBIES ARE IMPORTANT:  It says that " DON'T THROW ANY OF YOURSELF AWAY" if you have two or three real passion, don't feel like you have to pick and choose between them. Don't discard. Keep all your passions in your life . Cause hobbies can play a important role in ones life , hobbies and give yourself a structure hobbies can lead to other helpful functions of our life.
• BE NICE : The world is a small town , we should be nice to others in this small world cause it will be helpful for us. Being nice to others can help in building a great bond with others which will be helpful in learning a new skill or adapting to a new style etc.
• BE BORING : Now you might be thinking how can being boring helps us to be more creative, it's actually simple the moment to start to get bored you think of trying new things . Maybe a new hobbies , Maybe a new skill you wanna master . Being boring helps us to come with new ideas ,being boring can make us more creative .

MY OVERALL REVIEW FOR THIS BOOK -

For me this is a overall good book . This book is great for people who are trying to master an art of their own . The book will guide you the perfect path to become the perfect artist you wanted to be . If you are someone who is stuck with the thought of not becoming the person you wanna be , you should definitely give this book a try .
